All data is removed from Cautilya Capitalservers for such terminations.

Statute of Limitation. You agree that regardless of any statute or law tothe contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to useof the Website or Products or this Agreement must be fi led within one(1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
Waiver of Class Action Rights. BY ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT,YOU HEREBY IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT YOU MAY HAVE TO JOINCLAIMS WITH THOSE OF OTHER IN THE FORM OF A CLASS ACTION ORSIMILAR PROCEDURAL DEVICE. ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF,RELATING TO, OR CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT MUST BEASSERTED INDIVIDUALLY.
AGE OF MAJORITY
Cautilya Capitaldoes not accept agreements and payments from personsunder the legal age of 18 years. By submitting your account application,you confi rm that you are over 18 years of age or your parent or legalguardian has agreed to accept this Agreement on your behalf.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement, as may be updated from time to time and posted andrepresents the complete agreement and understanding between uswith respect to the Service and supersedes any other written or oralagreement.By using this website or ordering products from this websiteyou agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of thisagreement.
